How much lift do I actually get?

Up to two cup sizes with The Sculpt, about one with The Sculpt Lite, and none with The Sculpt Round — that one smooths and covers only. The lift comes from padding under the breast carrying weight upward, not from squeezing.

Will it hold all night?

Yes, on clean dry skin. The adhesive gets stronger over the first few minutes as it warms. Heat and sweat are fine; heavy oil or lotion under it is not.

Can I swim in it?

Yes. The silicone is sweat and water resistant. Rinse it in fresh water afterwards and let it air dry adhesive side up.

How many times can I reuse a pair?

Up to 50 wears, washed after each wear and stored on the plastic film. If the grip fades, wash it before you replace it — it is usually skin oil.

How do I pick my size?

Use the size guide. Enter your band and cup and it tells you which insert is yours. Take your true size; only size down if you sit between two.

Which one should I buy?

The Sculpt for lift under a deep-V or a triangle bikini. The Sculpt Petite for an A or a B cup. The Sweetheart when you want a deeper centre line under a sweetheart or corset neckline. The Sculpt Lite when the dress already fits and you only want a cleaner line. The Sculpt Round under anything sheer.

Does it show under thin fabric?

The tapered edge is designed not to. Two things make an insert print through: wearing a size larger than yours, and placing it too high. Both are avoidable.

Is it safe for my skin?

It is medical-grade adhesive silicone, but it is not for everyone. Not intended for sensitive or thin skin, or for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. If your skin reacts, take it off and stop.
