Find your size
Your bra size, translated
Insert size follows cup volume, not the letter on your bra. A 32D and a 36B hold the same amount, so they take the same insert. Pick your band and cup and we will tell you which one is yours.

Sizes are matched to your current cup, not the one you are aiming for. Going up a size does not add lift — it adds an edge that shows through fabric. UK cup letters: A, B, C, D, DD, E, F, FF, G, GG, H, HH.
Inserts are sized to the cup you already wear, not to the cup you want to end up in. Pick your usual bra size below and we will tell you which insert to buy.

Between two sizes?
Go down, not up. The insert sits inside the cup, and the smaller one holds flatter against the band.
Sticky bras run A to D
The bra sizes stop one step earlier than the inserts. If you wear an E, buy the insert and wear it with your own strapless.
Our range today is A to E
We would rather say so than sell you a size that does not fit. F and above is on the way, and the newsletter is where it gets announced first.
Why we do not use S, M and L
Cup letters mean different things on different bands. A 32D and a 36B hold roughly the same volume, so they take the same insert — which is why our sizes follow cup volume rather than the letter printed on your bra.
Take your true size
Only size down if you sit between two. Going up does not add lift — it adds an edge that shows through fabric.
