30 days, and you can wear it once

An adhesive insert has to be worn to know whether it fits. So try it — once. If the fit is wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it or swap the size.

What we can take back

Any insert, sticky bra or cover within 30 days, in its original film and packaging, worn once or not at all. Send it back reasonably clean.

What we cannot take back

Body tape once the roll is opened, and anything visibly worn beyond a single wear — heavy makeup, fake tan, torn adhesive. Hygiene, not fine print.

How to start one

Write to us with your order number and which item is coming back. We reply within one business day with a prepaid label. Do not send anything back before you have that label — we cannot match unlabelled parcels to orders.

When you get your money

We refund within two business days of the parcel reaching us, to the original payment method. Banks then take three to five business days to show it.

Exchanges

Faster than a return and a new order: tell us the size you want and we ship it as soon as the first one is on its way back.

Something arrived damaged

Send a photo. We replace it, and you keep the damaged one — we are not going to make you post back something that is no use to anyone.
