Where we ship

Across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not ship outside the US yet.

What it costs

Free on orders over $40. Below that, a flat $4.95. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay, never after.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day leave the same day. Delivery is two to five business days after that. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday leave the next business day.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email the moment the label is scanned. Follow it on our tracking page. If nothing has moved after three business days, write to us and we will chase it.

Wrong address

Tell us within two hours of ordering and we can usually fix it. After the label is printed we cannot change it, but we can reship once the parcel comes back to us.

Lost or damaged

If tracking says delivered and the parcel is not there, check with anyone else at the address and your building's mail room first, then write to us. If it is genuinely gone, we send a replacement.
