Use of these marks without written permission is prohibited.

They are used solely to identify those products for the purpose of comparison and description, which is permitted as nominative fair use. Sculpette is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any of those companies. We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, accurate or free of errors, and we may correct or update it at any time without notice. Product colors are reproduced as accurately as screens allow; actual shades may differ. Sizing guidance is general and individual fit varies. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; an order is accepted only as described in the Terms of Service.

Our products are cosmetic accessories applied to the skin. They are not medical devices and have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for it. The products are not intended for individuals with sensitive, thin, damaged or broken skin, or for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have a skin condition, an allergy to adhesives or silicone, or any doubt about suitability, consult a healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Product photographs and before-and-after images show the products on specific models under specific conditions. The lift, shape and hold you experience depend on your body, skin, the size and shade chosen, correct application and the garment worn over the product. Stated lift, such as "up to two cup sizes", is a maximum under favorable conditions, not a guaranteed result. Some images on this site are digitally produced or retouched for presentation.

8. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews displayed on this site are submitted by customers and reflect their individual experience. We do not pay for reviews and do not alter their substance, although we may remove reviews that breach our content rules. Star ratings are an average of the ratings submitted. A review is not a promise that you will have the same experience.
