2. Place the wide edgePeel the film and set the wide edge under the breast, then press outward and up
3. Tape lastRun a strip along the neckline once the inserts are where you want them
4. Take it off slowlyLift from the outer edge and peel inward. Never pull from the centre

• Wash the silicone — Warm water and a drop of mild soap, fingertips only. No cloth, no scrubbing
• Dry — Face up on the storage film and let it air dry. Never a towel
• Store — Back on the film, flat, away from dust and heat
• The tape — Single use. The pair is reusable up to 50 wears
